If you were arrested for a DUI in Everett or central Snohomish County, either by a State Patrol trooper or a Snohomish County Sheriff Deputy, your case will be filed in Everett District court. This Court also hears cases arising out of the city of Mukilteo.
Everett District Court, is one of the four divisions of district court in Snohomish County. It is located on the 3rd floor of the Superior Court House, at 3000 Rockefeller Ave. in Everett. The Everett District court has 2 judges; Judge Anthony Howard and Judge Tam Bui. They are both highly experienced judges.
If the arrest was made by a State trooper or Snohomish County deputy, the case will be handled by the Snohomish County Prosecutor's Office. Generally it will be roughly 2- 4 weeks before the case is reviewed and charges are filed You will be notified by mail of a court date. If you fail to appear a warrant would issue for your arrest. If you were arrested in the city of Mukilteo by a Mukilteo police officer, your case will be prosecuted by the firm of Zachor and Thomas,.
