Cascade District court, is one of the four divisions of Snohomish County District Court. It is located in north Snohomish county in the city of Arlington at 415 E. Burke Ave. Arlington, WA 98223. The court currently has 2 judges, Judge Kristen Olbrechts and commissioner Rick Leo.
If you were arrested by a State Patrol trooper or a Snohomish County Deputy Sheriff, in the city of Arlington or north Snohomish County your case will be filed in the Cascade District Court division.
DUI arrests occurring in the cities of Arlington and Granite Falls, which were made by Arlington Police Department or Granite Falls Police are heard in the Marysville Municipal Court.
